Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

Card Spend Rewards Program. You have been invited to join a Maza rewards program for new users: receive a $75 reward to your account (“Reward”) when you sign up and pay for Maza’s ITIN Service (“ITIN Purchaser”) and subsequently use your newly-issued Maza debit card, as set forth in more detail below (“Program”). If you elect to join the Program, your participation and engagement in the Program is governed by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all these Terms and Conditions, you may not participate or engage in the Program.

Change of the Program. We may modify or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice to you or any ITIN Purchaser. We may change the amount of the Reward we offer, place any type of restrictions on the Reward or Program, cancel your or any other ITIN Purchaser’s participation in the Program, or put an end to the Program or part of it, in our sole and absolute discretion. These events may limit the possibility to earn Rewards.

Eligibility. To qualify for the Reward, the following conditions must be met:

You must be a new, first-time Maza user who signs up and pays for Maza’s ITIN Service;
You must open a bank account at Blue Ridge Bank through your application; and
You must make Eligible Purchases with your Maza Visa Debit Card that total $500 or more ("Threshold Amount") within the first 30 days after the date that your Blue Ridge bank account is opened.
“Eligible Purchases” are purchases for goods and services, minus returns and other credits; and
Eligible purchases do NOT include fees or interest charges, balance transfers, cash advances, purchases of traveler's checks, purchases or reloading of prepaid cards, purchases of gift cards, person-to-person payments, transfers to and from Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, Square, GooglePay, Cash App, or similar peer to peer transfer services, or purchases of any cash equivalents.

Limitations: To receive the Reward, your account must not be closed or restricted and must be in good standing at the time of payment of the Reward. The Reward cannot be combined with any other enrollment bonuses, promotions or other rewards/benefits programs or opportunities. The Reward will be credited to your bank account 2–6 weeks after the Threshold Amount is met, and you’ve used the Maza mobile application to redeem the reward. You may also redeem the reward via written request to Maza via support channels. Rewards don’t have any cash value before being credited by Maza to your account. Maza reserves the right to decline to credit your account for Rewards earned at any time and for any reason. In case of suspected fraud or other deceit in connection with earning Rewards, Maza may put an end to your participation in the Program, freeze previously earned rewards, or cancel your Maza account.

Agreement: These Terms and Conditions are the entire understanding of the Program offered by Maza, Inc., to you; there are no other representations, covenants or agreements by and between Maza and you relating thereto. These Terms and Conditions incorporate by reference the Maza Terms of Service found at withmaza.com/policies/terms-of-service. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Services, these Terms and Conditions govern.
